Richard J. Pepsny
Richard J. Pepsny is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey as well as the federal court for the district of New Jersey. After graduation from Rutgers University in 1988, Richard Pepsny worked for a small mortgage banking firm in New Jersey. From there, he enrolled in law in the California Western School of Law where he graduated with honors in 1993. He has conducted various seminars on title and closing issues. Richard J. Pepsny concentrates his practice on real estate, title, closing and foreclosure issues, as well as consumer protection litigation.
